Downshire Townhouse is a charming terraced house located in the heart of Holywood town centre, in a residential area, within walking distance of Holywood.  It is a spacious, handsome property, with accommodation over 3 floors and it has retained many of its original features which lend it a stylish appearance and relaxing atmosphere.

The townhouse sleeps 6 people, in one double room and two twin rooms. There is a sofa bed in the master bedroom which can be used to increase bed spaces to 8.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living / dining area, a well-equipped modern kitchen, and a ground floor WC / shower room.


The living room boasts two 3 -seater sofas and two armchairs. The dining table sits 6 comfortably. On the first floor there is a luxurious double room, with double sofa bed and a twin room and a large bathroom. On the second floor there is a large twin bedroom.

One of the Townhouse’s main advantages is its fantastic location, just off Holywood High Street. It provides an ideal base for those with transport as it comes with its own secure car park space, and guests can also easily find roadside parking outside the house.

 It is also a great option for those travelling on foot as it has doorstep convenience to the vibrant town centre of Holywood. This attractive, bustling town boasts numerous boutiques, art galleries, gift shops, beauty spas and hairdressing salons, and a fabulous selection of award winning bars and restaurants, all within a 3-4 minute walk from Downshire Townhouse.

The cottage is a 5-10 minute stroll from the scenic coastal path and playpark at Seapark, and guests are ideally placed to explore the rest of North Down, Belfast and beyond, as access to transport, both bus and rail, is a 5 minute walk from the cottage. The George Best Belfast City Airport is a 5-10 minute drive from the cottage.
